_{Our landscape and architectural teams worked collaboratively to create exciting and sustainable landscaped spaces and features within this development.  The landscape design responds strongly to the architectural style and form, as well as being site-specific and creating an integrated identity and “sense of place” to the site context and location, providing an integrated design.  Instant ivy screens increase the site biodiversity and screen the private gardens, hard surfaces are all fully permeable to help prevent flooding and there are a wealth of ecological and public realm improvements including tree-lined footways and cycle paths, a bus shelter and pedestrian crossing bird & bat-boxes, birdbaths and reptile refuges.  Our overall project aim was to create a new development that people could enjoy, relate to and take ownership of, as well as an environment which would make everyone’s day-today lives healthier and happier.}
