^{Waddington Interiors were instructed on a new build 90,000 sq ft office fit out, with large floor plates that needed zones and circulations routes to be created. Offices and meeting spaces positioned around core area, with desking located around the buildings three sided walls of glazing to provide maximum light and views for staff. The scope included a client suite and large staff canteen. One of our main design principles was influenced by the natural landscape surrounding the building, which is entirely glass fronted and is located on the seafront with superb views of the bay. This was a key factor in inspiring the natural shades and materials of the colour & finishes palette, which were used throughout.}
