The project includes a garage conversion with enhanced external landscaping and new access gates. It features bespoke high-spec timber windows and bi-folding doors, a fully insulated envelope that surpasses minimum standards, electric underfloor heating, and cast aluminium gutters and downpipes. Works also involve installing new electric automated aluminium access gates and reconfiguring the driveway and parking areas.
