In 2019 the Planning Committee gave the go-ahead for 122 affordable homes on the old Jersey Gas site, aswell as an underground car park with 150 public spaces and a large extension to the Millennium Town Park.

Conceived as a pair of white linear pavilions, the facades are articulated up-and-down and in-and-out as a playful backdrop to the new public realm and new parkland setting.

The development did not proceed, and Andium transferred the site back to Government of Jersey in 2025.
