_{34 New build apartments ranging from mid-value local markets to high value luxury open market units. Waddington’s were instructed to design the interior layout of each apartment to maximise the space, whilst considering flow and connectivity of spaces and access to views. The apartments were divided into 5no. distinct interior design styles, to suit the architectural language, apartment value and prospective purchasers. We were then instructed to fit our two show flats to 'sell' the final lifestyle to potential purchasers.}
