^{We were asked to refurbish an existing single office into luxury serviced offices}^{. To achieve this, we reconfigured WCs, showers and created a kitchen space - providing top quality wellness facilities for staff, combined with stunning views of the Harbour. The design reflects the initial concept of a sophisticated scheme which subtly translates the outside to inside, through soft muted tones that reflect the changing reflective colours in the harbour.}
