Located at the water’s edge in Havre Des Pas bay, Fort d’Auvergne apartments reference the ‘streamline-moderne’, Art Deco forms of the Lido Bathing Pool. The curved and ribbed forms of the generous balconies, give the sea-facing building the appearance of an ocean liner. This feeling is amplified when enjoying the balconies as a resident, particularly on a high tide.


The rear buildings are re-used and the development benefits from the associated. reduction in carbon. No. 15 Havre des Pas, the adjoining  listed cottage, has been sympathetically renovated. In all, 25 new homes have been created on the former hotel site.
