Construction of 15no. one, two and three-bedroom apartments for Social Housing purchasing. All apartments had private amenity space and a dedicated parking space. The works included demolition of existing boiler house and in close proximity to sensitive neighbouring residents. Waddington architects attended various public consultations for residents in the area to make residents aware of works due to be carried out. Vertically emphasised stucco render detailing was used to deliver a modern interpretation of the Georgian style architecture appropriate for this part of St Helier.
