This luxury private residence refurbishment project included bespoke joinery design, decoration, new kitchen, new furniture and fixtures to the master bedroom and family snug. The design concept was to improve storage and soften the existing finishes to a high-end standard. We redesigned the kitchen layout to increase our clients preferred storage, open display shelving and a full height wine store. Introducing darker contrasting finishes transformed the kitchen from its stark white appearance and created a more inviting and welcoming ambiance.

The family snug was used as a multipurpose space with the aim to be used as a family lounge and playroom. Adding a bespoke joinery unit which allowed for display items and concealed toy storage, freed up floor space and allowed for flexible furniture to be introduced. Using earthy tones, bean bags and strong green joinery allowed for a contemporary appearance, whilst still having playful details for the playroom use.

The master bedroom consisted of high ceilings and a glazed partition looking out across coastal views. In order to add a warmer feel, a four-poster bed was used to contrast the high ceilings with warm earthy tones and accent lighting. A minimal seating area was added to enhance the view and potential uses of the space.
