_{In 2010 we completed this new 27,000sqft office development.  The white streamlined façade responds to the busy roadside location at Green Street, but then it fragments into pavilion-like elements which help stitch the scheme into the smaller scale context of the pedestrianised La Colomberie area. The facades are carefully detailed with the use of silver anodized aluminium, insulated lightweight render and curved glass.  As part of the Percent for Art initiative, we included two alu-bronze sculptural reliefs entitled “Night and Day” designed by Michael Sandle RA, adding delight to this busy part of St Helier.  The development of this small and once derelict, but important, corner site has helped regenerate this rather neglected precinct, with the provision of roadside bicycle racks, plans for better street lighting and street furniture and the de-cluttering of unnecessary bollards to improve pedestrian flow.}
