The project seeks to create a small new mews-based, residential community and shop on this historic town centre dilapidated and derelict site.

There are five new homes and four of them are duplexes with private roof gardens. There are no lifts or corridors, and every home has its own, recognisable front door. A generous and convenient bicycle store replaces the need for car parking in this highly sustainable location.

The  proposed a new development and its ‘street-based’ typology celebrates intimate, convivial urban living.

We hope people will love living here and perhaps make friends with each Other. Stuffed with greenery and even a barbecue area, we feel this tight-knit development will foster a sense of ‘community well-being’ and ‘pride in place’.
