Completed in 2003, 18 Esplanade is a unique building that aims to respect and preserve the unique architectural heritage of the Island and combine this with a state-of-the-art modern office design. Natural daylight played a key role for the interior space. The sculptural contemporary roof forms, cladding and atrium spaces provide impressive and welcoming entrances for the clients and occupants, whilst the restored historical facades maintain a link with the past.
