New homes in St Helier

We’ve just completed a Feasibility Study to create 23 new homes in St Helier. A mixture of disabled accessible apartments, ambulant apartments and maisonettes with a central shared garden, private balconies and roof terraces. Thanks to Wilf and Planit 3D team for this image.

A unique garden design, not only due to it’s stunning location and views over St Brelade’s Bay, but also because it tells a very personal story about the owners. ⠀
The garden was designed around 3 sculptures, which takes you on a journey through the garden, from the entrance gate, to the formal lawn & perennial borders, to the cosy sunken seating area with an outdoor fire pit ✨ ⠀

Looking back at this stunning kitchen renovation from last year. Our client wanted to go bold with dark cabinets, but maintain a soft homely kitchen. We paired the cabinets with a simple white worktop and softened these contrasting finishes by adding natural timber elements 🖤⠀

Jersey’s largest, greenest office building of 100,000 sq ft for JCN Group, now occupied by the largest legal and fiduciary services provider, Ogier. ⠀

The six-storey building with pavilion plantroom was designed to maximise commercial potential. However, through careful attention to detail, the facade modulates & becomes visually lighter higher up, so the massing is tamed. ⠀

Looking back on one of our amazing transformations from our listed convent development. Opening up the existing loft space created an incredible triple volume height, by exposing the original vaulted ceiling and providing a spacious mezzanine above the kitchen. ⠀

Opening up the space with new dormer windows above the mezzanine and a contemporary glass balustrade, completely transformed the space in to a bright & inviting home 🏡 ⠀
